Workplace is an area where we spend at least eight hours per day, so it should be properly organised and full of healthy snacks in desks. If not, we end up our day with frustration and spend finding items and create lots of disturbance to others as well.
5 S is mantra for any work organisation to go in a right pace.

Sort: -Always keep items on hand which need to be used daily. Rest should be labelled and relocated properly.
Shine: – Implement regular cleaning schedule to remove waste and dirt from desk, chair, laptop and nearby surroundings.
Standard: – Team should follow rules and work standards such as type of materials used, tool and how information is shared in the group.
Sustain: -Regular inspection and receive feedback from clients to conclude that how much improvement need to done for any business to reach at success level.
Set-in order: –Make habit of things to set in an order so that whenever you need that particular item, we can easily find it without creating mess.

Tag words: -Wellness, desk organised tips, snacks, ergonomics.
So, Today, I am sharing some classic tips how to keep desk organised and some ideas on snacks plus few points in concern with chair seat ergonomics.

1.Invest in an indoor desk greenery: –
Make desk area lively with small investment by indoor plants which keep workspace pleasant and inspiring to keep us on right track. Choose plants smartly which need low maintenance like snake and pothos one is good to go in such areas.

2) Walking meeting: –
If possible, try once, instead of sitting in a board room for meeting purpose, go for a walk around your office and can discuss and see its multiple benefits.

Walking can ease joint pain, increase blood circulation and helps in weight management and can inhale fresh air with creative ideas blow in mind.

3)Hiding the wires: –
Wires mess create lot of fuss on desk space make us more distracted and sometimes we can entangle among them

So, try to hide all with in a slot or use binder clips to group them which helps to remove visual clutter and lot of confusion on table which in turn helps to control stress level.

4)Label marker as best friend: –

Make habit of labelling every small thing like small cabinets containing useful stationary items like scissors, separate cabinets for printer paper, separate box for snacks etc. If not labelled, we have to open almost all of it and result might be disaster such as yelling out on peons-workers as well.

It is one important step to stay organised and increase our work efficiency.

Always zote down beautiful sayings which motivate us to work sincerely and wisely which can increase company net worth production in a year.
Creative ideas help us to get promotion easily and can set good examples for other employees as well.

6)Snack well: –
Providing healthy snacks is best to impress new recruits, keep your team fuelled with maximum energy aids in company success.
Right amount with right snack is to be kept in mind.

It means designing work tools in a way that limit body stress. For office workers design of keyboards, laptop screen, chair seat is mandatory to avoid eye strain, back and hand pain.

9)Make Wellness day: –
A Day in a week to discuss how to make work environment healthier and what more improvement needs to be done in a fixed budget.  Wellness Wednesday is in middle of week where everyone including peons can also give their opinions and share interesting and unique gateway to happy lifestyles.
Big companies keep overall wellness of employees in top priority in fun and competitive way.
When I is replaced by,
WE even illness become wellness.
