In winters, we all are fond of eating hot sizzling foods but in summers the scenario got completely changed. We like to have snacks that would help us to meet out little hunger-attacks and keep us energized also. They keep us fresh, cool, delicious in taste, and less time consuming and one more plus point is that even kids can make it under adult guidance.
Summer comes with fresh fruits and vegetables that are complete delight to compensate this intense heat and they add numerous benefits to mind and boosts our health as well.
Now, I am sharing benefits of main hero of my recipes in a short way.
Banana:-It gives instant energy and absorbs more water which can cool our body temperature.
Watermelon:-It helps to meet our body water requirement and is loaded with antioxidants which provide us long lasting cooling effect.
Oats:-Rich in protein and fiber which keep us full and prevent us from bingeing on market sugar-loaded lollipops.
Beetroot:- Powerhouse of iron and antioxidants and maintain blood pressure as well.
We as mothers got tired of hearing that mom I am hungry again and again. So, these four treats are very much good to go during this sunny time.
In hot summer days, we might feel skin rashes, irritability, fatigue, lethargic, hot flushes, heartburn, acidity etc. We all wish to have light snacks that can easily cool down our body temperature

- Helps to satisfy our appetite.
- Easy to make us happy and cheerful as well.
- Refresh our mind and body. Nobody like to spend hours in the kitchen due to scorching heat in this summer time.
