Hello my lovely blog readers, Here I came with one of my personal favorites oats licking recipe-healthy full of amazing ingredients and I am sure after reading it step by step you are going to add it as one of snack for kids especially as my daughter loves it a lot.

She used to say that-Muma, can you please made those lollipops twice in a week. I replied:-Sure my darling why not?
So, I thought why not to share its benefits, ingredients, recipe with all of you.
Benefits:-
- Oats are classic ingredient with high fiber content.
- It can make us conquer all day ahead, kids will be energetic and in happy mood.
- It can satisfy their taste buds.
- It is much better option than market lollipops loaded with sugar.
Say NO to market lollipops from next time.
- Best lollipops ever tried.
- It is nice, crunchy, yummy and quick to make.
- Sesame seed is full of iron, calcium and nuts are power pack of protein and –a perfect snack for kids.
LET THEM ENJOY OATS LOLLIPOPS GUILT FREE.
Candies, lollipops, sweets and chocolates all we enjoyed when we were small.
But now the scenario has changed, health conscious moms-like you and me, we ask our kids to stay away from all these. But not now as oats lollies are gluten free with nuts, sesame seeds and ghee etc.

Preparation time:–10 minutes
Cooking time:-2 minutes
Total time:-12 minutes
Quantity:-10 lollipops
INGREDIENTS:
- ¼ cup lightly roasted rolled oats
- 1tsp Ghee
- ½ cup chopped jaggery(Gur)
- ¼ cup lightly roasted and finely chopped mixed nuts (pistachio , almond, walnut)
- 1tbsp lightly roasted sesame seeds(till)
STEPS TO FOLLOW
- Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a non-stick pan, add jaggery (Gur) and cook it on a slow flame till all Gur melts. Keep stirring continuously.
- After jaggery melts completely, remove it from flame and add all the remaining ingredients .Mix well and keep it aside to cool down for 2 minutes.
- Grease your hands with the ghee. It is must otherwise hands will become sticky and difficult to make balls.
- Separate the mixture into 10 equal portions, shape each one into a round ball by rolling it between palms.
- Insert a small disposable stick in the center.
Cool completely and store all in an air-tight container.
To make it more fascinating for kids, smart mums can wrap colorful candies paper.

Precautions:-
- It is very easy recipe to try but monitor it carefully.
- While adding ghee in a pan, do not heat the ghee so much otherwise Gur might be burn.
- Adding all ingredients immediately in melted Gur is very essential step, otherwise gur starts to solidify and it becomes difficult to mix all ingredients very well.
- Keeps well, for 2-3 days in a room temperature.
- It is best for kids to surprise them when they are back from school. As they are exhausted, but after eating oats LOLLIES an energetic smile would come on their face.
Alternatively, sometimes we can add tutti-frutti, someday pick Choco chips in it.
Believe me my friends, give it a try and I am dam sure kids and all family members would love it and ask for more.
Oops! How I forgot to share one of my mesmerizing moment of mother’s day on 13 th March 2018 which made my day just perfect.
I made these oats lollipops on that special day and judges were so impressed that they announced me as winner of that competition.
